SHI Pingyan

SHI Pingyan became Senior Vice President of China Academy of Space Technology since 2016. Prior to assuming this position, he was President of CAST Xi’an.

SHI Pingyan is in charge of financial management, comprehensive development planning, military fixed asset investment, and capital construction management.

SHI Pingyan holds a MBA Degree in Aerospace from Toulouse Business School (TBS) in France.

SHI Pingyan was born in April, 1965 in Xi’an province, China.
